We have a love for travel and discovering unique places to stay ourselves. As we started to rent out our own homes, we noticed a need for personalized, high-quality property management for owners like us who want to share their homes with guests!
With MBA degrees and diverse backgrounds in engineering, hospitality, HR, and systems, we bring a customer-centered, data-driven approach to property management.
Combining our experience in customer service, real estate, and hospitality, we founded Host Rentals LLC. We manage properties like they’re our own, ensuring that the investment is well taken care of while providing a seamless experience for our clients and their guests.

How It Began
Our journey into vacation rental management began with a passion for hospitality and a desire to share our love for beautiful spaces with others. It officially started when we purchased our first lakefront vacation home, The Blue Chalet. What began as a personal project quickly turned into a rewarding experience as we welcomed guests and saw firsthand the potential of vacation rentals. The success of The Blue Chalet inspired us to expand our efforts, and we knew we had found our calling in property management. Now, with that same care and attention, we aim to manage a variety of properties, always ensuring each one receives the personal touch that made The Blue Chalet so special.
